Simon Stegemann is the Co-Founder and CEO of N3XTCODER, a Berlin-based agency working at the intersection of Responsible AI, digital innovation and social impact. His journey into purpose-driven technology began almost two decades ago, when he met social entrepreneur Hans Reitz while studying at Alanus University. Sixteen years ago, Simon worked as Hans’s assistant. Today, N3XTCODER is building his AI Assistant — a fitting continuation of their shared ambition to rethink how business can create positive impact. Simon has supported initiatives around Muhammad Yunus and Social Business and now focuses on Responsible AI, AI agents, voice AI and digital avatars. He is particularly interested in how these technologies can transform work, knowledge and communication while serving the common good. At N3XTCODER, he works with companies, public institutions and foundations to turn meaningful AI use cases into practical, responsible solutions.
